T-Suite
T-Suite is the Libertum tokenization platform. It turns a real-world asset into a compliant on-chain token and gives investors, issuers and asset managers one place to work with it.
Status: Live
Overview
T-Suite is the app at app.libertum.io. It has three areas, each with its own tab:
- Investor — verify identity, browse the marketplace, place orders, hold tokens, receive dividends, vote and request redemptions.
- Issuer — complete KYB, create offerings with the Tokenization Wizard, manage orders, investors, dividends, governance and redemptions.
- Asset Management — keep a registry of assets and their documents, operations and valuations.
The add-ons described elsewhere in this section (Structuring, Distribution Hub, Libby AI, Stablecoin Studio, Trading) run inside the same app.
Who it’s for
- Issuers who want to raise capital against a real-world asset.
- Asset managers who need to run and report on a portfolio of assets.
- Investors who want to buy and hold tokenized assets.
Key capabilities
- Tokenization Wizard — a step-by-step flow from draft to deployed offering, including token configuration, documents, compliance rules and admin approval.
- KYC and KYB through SumSub, with wallet whitelisting per offering.
- On-chain compliance with ERC-3643 (T-REX) tokens. Mainnets: ERC-3643 on Base, Ethereum, Polygon and Arbitrum; ERC-20 on Base and Ethereum; ERC-721 on Base; CIP-20 metadata tokens on Cardano. All five EVM testnets are available for testing.
- Payments by card (Stripe), bank wire, and USDC/USDT settled through the Escrow contract to the issuer.
- Investment limits per offering (minimum, required maximum, accredited-tier cap, country allow/restrict lists).
- Agreements and e-signature with a per-agreement audit trail (opt-in per offering).
- Dividends, governance voting, redemptions, subscription orders and a transfer journal.
- Coming Soon listings that open for purchase automatically at the launch time.
- Secondary market (P2P order book) on Base mainnet.
Status and availability
Status: Live
Some features have their own status. Investor accreditation is a UI preview and does not gate offerings yet. Investor statements are phase 1 (summary and transaction feed; no PDF statements or tax forms). CIP-113 tokens run on the Cardano preview testnet only, not on mainnet. XRPL support exists in the backend but cannot yet be chosen in the Tokenization Wizard.
Libertum’s licences do not authorise issuance. Each issuer and each issuance registers separately with the relevant regulator, and issuers need their own legal analysis. See Licences.
