Transfer Agent is a separate web application for the transfer agents who keep an offering’s register of holders and approve which investor wallets may hold its tokens.

Overview
Transfer agents do not work in the T-Suite investor or issuer areas. They sign in to their own app, which reads the same offerings, investors and on-chain records. When an investor submits a wallet for an offering, the transfer agent receives a review request and approves or rejects the wallet in this app.
Who it’s for
Transfer agents appointed by issuers, and issuer staff who perform the transfer-agent role.
Key capabilities
- Dashboard — an overview of the offerings and pending work.
- Cap Table — the register of holders per offering.
- Wallet Whitelist — approve or reject investor wallets per offering. Only approved wallets can receive the offering’s tokens.
- User Details — investor information needed to review a request.
- Transfer Journal — a record of token transfers.
- Transactions — the transaction history.
- Settings.
Status and availability
Status: Live (separate app)
The Transfer Agent app is separate from the T-Suite app and has its own sign-in. Transfer agents remain responsible for meeting the record-keeping rules that apply to them in their own jurisdiction.
Pricing
The Transfer Agent app has no separate price in Libertum’s standard plan catalogue. Issuer plans and fees are on the plans page.
