What Libertum is

Libertum builds T-Suite, a multi-chain platform for tokenizing real-world assets. Issuers use it to turn assets such as real estate, equity, debt, receivables, revenue streams and commodities into compliant on-chain tokens, offer them to verified investors through a marketplace, and service them afterwards: cap table, dividends, governance votes and redemptions. Asset managers use the same platform to run portfolios of assets that may or may not be tokenized.

Compliance is enforced in code. Investors and issuers are verified through KYC and KYB, wallets are whitelisted per offering, and on EVM chains the ERC-3643 (T-REX) token contract checks identity, country, hold-time and balance rules on every transfer.

The app runs at app.libertum.io.

Nothing in these docs is legal, tax or investment advice.

Who it is for

  • Investors — verify identity, browse offerings, place orders by card, bank wire or USDC/USDT, hold tokens, receive dividends, vote and request redemptions.
  • Issuers — complete KYB, configure and deploy an offering with the Tokenization Wizard, manage investors, distributions and corporate actions, and optionally run a branded marketplace on their own domain.
  • Asset managers — keep a registry of managed assets, track each one through its lifecycle, and hand an asset to the Issuer platform when it is ready to tokenize.
  • Transfer agents — review and approve investor wallets per offering, and keep the cap table and transfer journal in a separate Transfer Agent app.
  • Developers — understand the architecture, environments, authentication, API and smart contracts behind the platform.
