Distribution Hub

Distribution Hub is an issuer add-on for finding, organising and engaging investors for an offering.

Status: Live

Overview

Distribution Hub is a workspace inside T-Suite where an issuer manages its investor relationships: who the investors are, which organisations they belong to, where each one sits in the pipeline, and what has been sent to them. It shows a disclaimer on first use. Adding Libby AI brings AI discovery, enrichment and matching into the same workspace.

Who it’s for

Issuers and their distribution or investor-relations teams.

Key capabilities

  • Areas: Dashboard, Investors, Organizations, Investor Intelligence, AI Matching, Opportunities, Campaigns, Pipeline, Communications, Introductions, Analytics and Permissions.
  • CSV import of existing contacts, and enrichment of records.
  • Gmail read-only inbox connection (OAuth), so investor email threads can be seen alongside contacts.
  • Investor self-registration link — an invited investor opens the issuer’s link, registers on the platform and appears in the issuer’s Hub as a contact.

Separate from the Hub, every issuer can use the Ecosystem Directory and the Hosting inbox: an issuer can request to have its offering hosted on another tenant’s marketplace and manage incoming and outgoing hosting requests. These do not require a Distribution Hub subscription.

Status and availability

Status: Live

Distribution Hub is a paid add-on. AI features (discovery, enrichment with AI, matching explanations, copilot chat) require Libby AI. Issuers remain responsible for how they contact investors and for the marketing rules that apply to their offering in each jurisdiction.

Pricing

USD 149/month. It is not included free in Enterprise. Distribution Hub plus Libby AI costs USD 498/month. See the plans page.
