Structuring is an issuer add-on that helps an issuer and its counsel prepare the documents for an offering, then turns the finished project into a draft offering in T-Suite.
Status: Beta
Structuring is a software drafting tool. It organises intake, research, document generation, external artefacts and outside-counsel review in one project. It is not legal advice and not a Libertum structuring service. Libertum’s DASP licence in El Salvador does not cover the promotion, structuring or management of investment products, and it does not authorise issuance: each issuer and each issuance registers separately with the CNAD. Libertum does not offer a paid legal review. See Licences.
Issuers preparing an offering who work with their own legal counsel, and the counsel who review the drafts.

All three jurisdiction packs are drafts, shown in the app as “Beta — pending counsel review”. Treat every generated document as a draft for your counsel to review. Team members inherit the account owner’s Structuring subscription. If the subscription lapses or is past due, projects become read-only. Structuring is not shown on other tenants’ whitelabel domains.
USD 500/month, a flat issuer add-on that is not included in any plan. It includes USD 100/month of AI credit; AI usage above the included credit is billed on your subscription invoice. Structuring’s AI usage is metered separately from Distribution Hub and Libby AI. See the plans page.
