The Libertum P2P secondary market lets investors resell tokenized assets to each other. Tokens and payment swap in one on-chain transaction, and the ownership register updates itself.
After an offering closes, investors who hold its tokens can list them for sale, and other investors can buy them. Settlement runs through the marketplace smart contract, never through an off-chain promise.
KYC-verified investors whose wallet is registered on the token's ERC-3643 identity registry. Anyone else is turned away by the token itself.
Tokenized assets issued on Libertum, priced in the stablecoins USDC or USDT.
Tokens and payment swap atomically in one on-chain transaction: delivery versus payment, with no window where one side has paid and the other has not delivered.
Pick the tokenized asset you want to sell from your portfolio.
Set your price in USDC or USDT and how many tokens to sell.
Your tokens move into the custody of the marketplace smart contract, so they are there when a buyer pays.
Verified investors can now see and buy your listing.
Changed your mind? Cancel the listing and the tokens return to your wallet.
Browse the listings for the assets you are eligible to hold.
Buy all of a listing or part of it. Partial fills are supported.

The ownership register updates automatically, with no manual reconciliation.
Prefer to name your price? Post a bid. The stablecoin for your bid is held by the marketplace contract until a seller fills it or you cancel.
The token enforces its identity-registry and compliance checks on every transfer, including every trade.
A wallet the issuer has frozen cannot list, buy or bid.
Resale prices are capped at the asset's net asset value.
An issuer can require its approval of each listing before it goes live.
An issuer can switch off secondary trading for an offering.
Trades from a Libertum custodian wallet have platform-sponsored gas, sanctions screening and step-up verification.
Libertum can halt, suspend or withdraw trading in an offering, with a recorded reason. Open listings stop and no new trades are accepted until trading resumes.
Every trade, listing and cancellation is checked for self trades, linked accounts, round trips, prices far from NAV, unusual volume and rapid post-and-cancel patterns. Alerts are reviewed and kept as evidence.
A trade settled directly on the marketplace contract, outside the platform, is still recorded in the ownership register and flagged for review.
A buy reserves the quantity it takes, so a listing can never be sold twice.
The trading fee on a bid is fixed when the bid is placed, so a later fee change cannot touch the stablecoin you have escrowed.
Every trade is recorded on-chain and in the audit trail.
