Why ERC-20
Works everywhere on EVM
ERC-20 is the common format for fungible tokens on Ethereum and EVM networks, so holders can use the wallets and tools they already have.
Owner-controlled supply
Each token is deployed from Libertum’s ERC-20 factory. Only the contract owner set at deployment can mint new tokens or burn existing ones.
On-chain NAV
A per-token NAV can be published to Libertum’s NAVRegistry on the same network, so anyone can read the latest value on-chain.
Choosing a standard
Tokens without holder restrictions
Utility, governance or other fungible tokens where any address may hold and transfer the token.
Regulated securities
When only verified investors may hold the token, or you need freeze, forced transfer or recovery, choose ERC-3643.
ERC-20 has no identity registry, transfer rules, freeze or forced transfer. Once an address holds tokens, it can send them to any other address. T-Suite’s P2P marketplace checks each buyer against an ERC-3643 identity registry, so it is designed for ERC-3643 tokens.
In T-Suite
01
Choose ERC-20
Pick ERC-20 as the standard in the offering wizard, then Base or Ethereum mainnet, or a testnet to try it first.
02
Deploy from the factory
T-Suite deploys the token from Libertum’s ERC-20 factory on the chosen network.
03
Mint on order or on deploy
Mint tokens as each primary order settles, or mint the full supply at deployment and transfer to investors as orders settle.
04
Publish NAV
Update the NAV per token from T-Suite; it is written to the NAVRegistry on-chain.
