LONDON, ZÜRICH and SAN SALVADOR, 23 October 2026
Libertum, the real-world asset tokenisation company behind the T-Suite platform, and LandHive, the Zürich-based prop-tech company that helps real estate developers tokenise developments and raise capital, today announced that they have completed a share swap and now form one group.
The transaction was completed on 1 August 2026. Libertum Ltd, incorporated in the United Kingdom, is the holding company of the group, and all of Libertum’s and LandHive’s companies are now part of it. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Jens Bezuidenhout, founder of LandHive, joins Libertum as Chief Operating Officer. He founded LandHive in 2023 after a decade in investment banking at Citi and more than 20 years of real estate development in the United Kingdom and Spain.

What changes
The two businesses now use one set of capabilities across the group:
- Technology. LandHive’s investor and issuer portal, portal.landhive.io, already runs on Libertum’s white-label T-Suite. The group now develops the platform together.
- Infrastructure. One shared stack for issuance, investor onboarding, custody, payments and distribution.
- Assets. Real estate developments and the offerings built on them can be brought to investors across the group’s platforms.
- Licences. The group’s licensed entities, including Libertum, S.A. de C.V., registered with El Salvador’s CNAD as a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAD-0094), now support both businesses within the scope of each licence.
Quotes
“When I started LandHive, the problem was clear: good developments were being held back by how hard and expensive it is to raise capital,” said Jens Bezuidenhout, Chief Operating Officer of Libertum and founder of LandHive. “Building our portal on Libertum’s infrastructure showed us what one stack can do. Bringing the two companies together puts the technology, the licences and the people under one roof, and I’m looking forward to building that for developers and investors as COO.”
“This is two teams who have been building on the same stack deciding to share everything they have,” Libertum and LandHive said in a joint statement. “LandHive brings deep experience of how real estate developments are financed and delivered. Libertum brings the regulated infrastructure and T-Suite. Together, the group can take an asset from first plans to tokenised, funded and managed, in one place.”
